Size matters
Choose the size carefully and make sure the harness is not tight, loose or rubbing before any use.

Rabbit temperament matters
Some rabbits become frightened or stressed in harnesses. Stop immediately if your rabbit freezes, panics, twists or struggles.

This should not be used like a dog lead. Rabbits are prey animals and can injure themselves if they suddenly bolt.

Important safety note: Harnesses can be risky for rabbits. Never leave a rabbit unattended in a harness or lead. Do not pull, drag or restrain your rabbit. Remove immediately if your rabbit chews, panics, twists, struggles, breathes heavily or seems stressed.
For safer outdoor time, a secure rabbit run or supervised enclosed space is usually a better choice than a harness. Always check your rabbit’s body language and stop if they seem uncomfortable.
